A PORSCHE driver caught on the road with no insurance has appeared in court.
Lisa Green, of Alder Way, Holmes Chapel, pleaded guilty at Chester Magistrates’ Court on May 1 to driving without third party insurance.
The 60-year-old was found driving a Porsche on Holmes Chapel Road, Chelford, on November 12, last year, without a valid insurance policy.
The defendant was fined £140 and ordered to pay £120 costs and £56 victim surcharge.
Magistrates endorsed her driving licence with six points.
Green also pleaded guilty to failing to stop when required by a uniformed police officer on the same day.
No separate penalty was imposed for this offence.
Green was granted permission to pay the £306 court penalty in £20 instalments starting on May 29.
