A CHARITY shop is reopening following a refurbishment.
St Luke’s Cheshire Hospice is set to relaunch its Northwich store.
Having been closed for the entire year so far, the new-look shop will finally open its doors to customers once again tomorrow.
Steven Holmes, head of retail for St Luke’s Hospice, said: “We are very excited to be re-opening our Northwich shop and look forward to welcoming back our lovely customers, old and new.
“We are really proud to be part of the Northwich community and hope our refurbished shop will prove popular, selling charity shop favourites such as women’s and men’s clothing, bric-a-brac and books.”
Previously, the shop on Witton Road had been known as R&B, specialising in records and books.
On January 3, St Luke’s took to social media to announce that the store would be temporarily closing.
Now, after almost four months, the shop reopens on Friday (March 29).
“Our R&B brand, selling records, books and collectables, has now moved to our Warehouse on Pineapple Park in Winsford, and items can also be purchased online via St Luke’s ebay store,” Steven added.
“Our charity shops are vital in raising money to fund the care of patients and families at the Hospice. We really hope the wonderful community of Northwich will continue to support St Luke’s by visiting the shop and donating their pre-loved items.”
